DCS
DCS fasteners are cut in unique curved shapes to suit a seat’s design, with molded nylon hooks from edge to edge to engage the loop incorporated into the trim cover. Molded right into the seat bun with a special polyester/ acrylic backing that enhances adhesion to the foam,they provide solid, enduring grip. Yet misalignments during assembly are easily corrected.
Magnetic Strip / Dots
MCA is developed out of ferrous powder flexible rubberized adhesive sheet. It can be customized in any shape or size. In foaming process, it can be used as a mechanism for non-woven/needle punch cloth attachments in foam mold. Traditionally, metals dots were used in car seat covers, this new magnetic product can replace it, increasing the magnetic strength by three times due to thin closure system. It is comparatively more safe, light weight, and cost effective as well.
Bonded foam parts
Our rebonded foam parts are made from recycled foam materials and provide excellent cushioning and support. They are used in a variety of applications, including Foam Insert, carpet padding and packaging. They are available in both adhesive and non-adhesive forms. We Provides it in any shape or drawings of customer with required density and Hardness.
Crosslink PE Block parts
Our crosslink pe foam parts have excellent shock absorption and insulation properties. They are made from a polyethylene foam that is crosslinked to provide enhanced durability and strength. They are used in automotive and industrial applications, as well as in packaging and cushioning. They are available in both adhesive and non-adhesive forms. PU Foam converted parts
Our flexible PU foam parts are lightweight, soft, and highly versatile. They are made from a polyurethane foam that provides excellent cushioning and insulation properties. They are available in both adhesive and non-adhesive forms. slab foam/Pu foam is being maintained with required hardness and density as per customer requirement with out skill of converting it into any shape.
Tunnel tie
Tunnel Tie is used in the automotive and furniture industries and makes installation of upholstered fabric much easier. Sew Tunnel Tie to seat covers, skin over a foam bun, and the pull cord to tighten and you can achieve a beautifully upholstered look.
Retainers & PWP
Non-visible and yet essential our retainers and bidding profiles and fastening components (PWP) for automotive seats and interior trim are the result of a long experience. Non-Woven Fabrics
Welnit Industries provides custom seat interior molded cloth for automotive seat manufacturers and seat foam manufacturers. The seat interior molded cloth is the main material for foam molding process, and we offer cloth in specific sizes and shapes for different car types. Customers place the molded cloth onto the mold in order to achieve foam molding, thus combining the cloth with the foam material. The seat interior molded cloth has two functions Prevent liquid leakage during foam molding; Because of the additional layer of cloth, the noise caused by friction between the seat frame and foam will be reduced.
