Sew-on Hook & Loop

100% Polyamide & PA-PES mixture product with the option of customized sizes and dye to match color. The best quality certifications such as IS 8156-2016 for the colorfastness, OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100, Fire retardant certifications. We can assure it for all the applications such as Apparel, Aviation, Automotive, Medical, Defence, Sports, etc.

Adhesive Hook & Loop

High-grade Hot melt adhesive with the option of silicon-coated white release paper or Polyfilm under working temp of around 90 degrees is the advantage in our product. The peel of adhesion at 180 degrees as per PSTC 101 is 2.5kg/inch. Our adhesive is compositionally complying with FDA 175.105. The product can come either PA / PA-PES combination as per request.

Molded Hook tape

Our extensive designed Nylon / PP-PVC mixture Hook tape is the only product which is made in India along with best class technology. The product can range from 5 mm to 160 mm width with a Hook height class range of #1 / #2 / #4. The Product is made with Transparent white and black but can be produced with customized color under MOQ. We can make the Molded hook tape with Pressure-sensitive adhesive as well as shapes or coins under the customer’s instructions.

Back-to-Back Hook & Loop tape

Our Quality processing equipment that guarantees consistent quality with eco-friendly raw material & Best quality PUR adhesive is the evidence of the Molded hook & 200-280 GSM nylon grade valor loop combination. We produce Hook & Loop for a premium market where the price is the secondary discussion. Our product comes from 12 mm to 200 mm and can be customized as per requirement.

We also supply the parts in die-cut shapes for the ready-to-use tie/ cable wrap and Straps in Black / red/ blue and yellow color.

Value-added division

Besides Adhesive shapes/coins or Back-to-back die-cut cable ties, we have an in-house facility of Customized straps for the Medical and packaging segment. Our customized straps will be with the different shapes at the notch and it can be with or without a cinch. We also provide the facility of Screenprint at the backside of straps for brand awareness. All the straps i.e., Tourniquet, file wrap, Luggage straps have some unique size and length in which we are experts to guide our valuable customers. The straps will be either welded or stitched with the highest proven shear strength for the respective product market.

Elasticated Un-napped Loop tape

The product itself provides a combination of elastic and Loop tape, which was earlier a conventional method to use in the Medical sector. We are the Only Indian Producer who produces the Elasticated Loop tape with Crochet Knitting machine and best quality spandex with industry-accepted elasticity. The product will be in black and white color and can be customized width in roll form.

CFC Zipper

CFC (Coil filler cord) Nylon or Polyester coil zipper are widely known for the Luggage or the Outdoor market as a binder. Since it is the family of weaving and the Narrow woven, we have explored our expertise in the CFC zippers and we are producing the #3 / #5 / # 8 & # 10 Zipper roll with different weight quality that affects tension strength after stitching at application. Our PA monofilament is the policy where we are providing the highest pull strength after the bend of zipping. The customized color and packing for customers under the certifications are the pillar of our Newley added Zipper product family.

We are also equipped to make the LFC Zipper and cut length zips under 6 inches & 8-inch length or any customized.

The zips will be fully furnished with Open-ended Stops and Puller for ready use.

Magnetic Cloth Attachment (MCA) Dots

MCA is developed out of ferrous powder flexible rubberized adhesive sheet. It can be customized in any shape or size. It is a game changer in automotive industry. In foaming process, it can be used as a mechanism for non-woven/needle punch cloth attachments in foam mold. Traditionally, metals dots were used in car seat covers, this new magnetic product can replace it, increasing the magnetic strength by three times due to thin closure system. It is comparatively more safe, light weight, and cost effective as well.
